Google Latitude App for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad
Google recently released a new app for iOS known as Google app for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. Unlike the Google Mobile app, Google Latitude app for iOS placed in the Social Networking category. The reason is to provide a social networking service for iOS users that is more than just a map. What is the difference of Google Latitude app for iOS?
As I told you above, Google Latitude app is social networking app which allows you to share your location with your friends and family. Besides providing the ability to share your location in real-time, you can control your privacy to terminate your location or even hide your location as well. Google Latitude app also supports multitasking so you can still run this app in the background.
Google Latitude app is requires you to update your iOS to iOS4 or later and work properly on iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 4G, iPod Touch 3G or iPod Touch 4G, and iPad. You can download this app for free by searching this app on the iTunes App Store under Social Networking category.
