$150 Million Payment from Apple to 4 Major Labels for iCloud Rights

I just read the New York Post and get the shocking news that Apple Inc. pay about $100 million and $150 million for the 4 major labels. Payment is not without reason because Apple wants to get its iCloud off the ground. You need to know That iCloud is an Apple web service that offers you a free space and provide music for all users of the Apple device.
As knowledge, iCloud provide free service for those who have bought music in the iTunes Store. However, Apple is said to be considering a $25 a year charge in the future. Thus, for the time being iCloud still be interesting, considering iCloud is a manifestation of Apple's competition with Google which will launch the Google Cloud service as soon as September.
With the $100 million and $150 million in advanced payments to the four major music labels, I think it would be better if Apple could provide the music streaming services for free to the people who have bought music in Apple's iTunes Store. Seeing this reality, I believe it's a smart move from Apple in developing services for its customers.
